1.INTRODUCTION Monet Lane Prods., Inc. ("Monet." or "we") operates judgealex.com ("Judge Alex"), which is a website featuring content supplemental to the Judge Alex TV show. The services Monet offers include Judge Alex and the other features, content, or applications offered from time to time in connection with Judge Alex, including when Judge Alex is accessed via the Internet, mobile or other device (collectively, the "Judge Alex Services").
